First time here? Activating your Owner Portal account takes just a few minutes.

Get Your Invite

We send you an activation email from the Owner Portal. Click "Activate Now" to begin — check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Confirm Your Email

Verify the email address we have on file for you via the activation link sent to your inbox.

Create a Password

Set a secure password for your account.

Add your phone number for two-factor authentication via SMS or phone call. You can remember a trusted device for 30 days.

What's inside the Owner Portal?

A real-time dashboard (income & expenses, occupancy, rent collection status), Reports you can run and export to PDF or Excel, a Properties tab with unit and lease details, published Statements, a Transactions tab for contributions, and Documents shared by our team — including year-end 1099s and tax statements.

I didn't receive my activation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first, and confirm you're looking in the inbox for the email address we have on file. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll resend your invite.

I own properties through multiple LLCs. Do I need separate logins?

No — portal access is tied to your email address. All properties associated with your email appear together in a single portal.

How do I make an owner contribution?

Log in, open the Contributions tab, select your property, and enter an amount (up to $15,000 per transaction) via eCheck or credit/debit card. Online transaction fees apply and are processed separately from the contribution.

How do I update my bank account for disbursements?

You can update your own banking details anytime in the portal under Settings > Bank Account Settings — routing number, account number, and account type.

Questions about two-factor authentication?

Codes arrive by SMS or phone call (email codes are no longer supported for security reasons). International numbers and Google Voice work; landlines work for phone-call verification. If you lose access to your 2FA phone, contact us and we'll help you recover your account.
