Together, We’re Building Better.
For our residents. For our neighborhoods. For Milwaukee.
Management team reports continued progress onboarding residents, addressing maintenance concerns, and moving units toward stabilization.
SNSHN Property Management is providing an update on its ongoing work to stabilize approximately 200Homes (aka “rental units” - though that’s a less accurate description) across Milwaukee.
Since assuming management of these homes, SNSHN has focused on connecting with residents, documenting property conditions, addressing maintenance concerns, coordinating contractors, and establishing a clear plan for the remaining work.
“The job is not finished, but the work is moving forward. Our team is in the field, communicating with residents, coordinating repairs, and building a clear plan for every property. We want residents and the broader community to be able to see the progress being made.”
